No. Our mobile trailer is fully self-contained with warm fresh and grey water tanks and its own power source. However , we do carry an electrical cord for emergency purposes only. Our unit is always climate controlled.
Yes, we can schedule off-hour appointments should an emergency arise. There is an extra charge for this accommodation. However, during our normal business hours, a 60-minute window around our scheduled arrival time is really appreciated! Since we are dealing with traffic, we will keep you updated if there is any delay.

Yes, Mobile grooming is a premium service. For the extra money you get the convenience of not making mutiple trips to your local grooming salon and having to wait approximately 4 hours or more in between drop off and pick up time. Your pet will also benefit from a less stressful environment, never left unattended in a kennel with other barking dogs, no wait time and separation anxiety, with only us grooming your pet each and every time. All grooming charges must be paid at the time of service. Cant’ be home? Please arrange payment in advance (after the first visit) NSF check will be a $35 fee. Tips are welcomed, although not required, it’s a great way to express your appreciation!
A 48 hour advanced notice is required for cancellations, so that I can fill this time slot with another client’s pet. A less than 48 hours notice, a fee will be assessed, which must be paid prior to your next appointment.
Yes, for the first couple of visits we want the owner present. Our first visit will be about discussing styling, any health concerns, and getting to know you and your pet. When both your pet and I feel comfortable with each other, we can make arrangements for ongoing grooming appointments where your presence is not required.
Due to safety and liability issues we can’t have you in the mobile unit during your pet’s appointment. We will gladly give you a tour of our salon before we begin your pet’s groom.
We recommend that your dog is groomed every 4-8 weeks. This depends on the breed of dog, length of coat and how often your pet is brushed in between appointments.

Yes! We love puppies and mobile grooming is perfect for them. We like to get the puppies used to the grooming process slowly, therefore we may not recommend using clippers on their first visit. Puppies are very impressionable and we want this to be a “pawsitive” experience so they enjoying coming back!
